The Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM) in Gurugram is clearly becoming an emerging school of business with respect to how high its placement outcomes are across all its programs. In the 2024 placement process, GLIM’s PGDM program had a highest package of ₹22.5 LPA and an average of ₹11.6 LPA, while its PGPM program had a highest package of ₹33.3 LPA and average package of ₹15.8 LPA. The placement statistics confirm what I have said about GLIM, that it is not only an industry ready institution, but that it is preparing students to be future ready business leaders. In terms of placements GLIM still had strong placement drives with 75 companies mainly from the following sectors: IT/ITE, Consulting, BFSI & FinTech, Global Capability Centres, and HealthTech. Many top recruiters attended from several sectors including Deloitte, KPMG, HCL, Infosys, Bank of America, Tata Technologies, and across several roles, which allows one to see that the various sectors see the talent pool at GLIM as valuable. GLIM Gurugram still offers a diverse range of students and great career outcomes through a dynamic curriculum, experiential context for learning, and concentrated career support and development.
