Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) was founded in 1987 through a “Social Contract” between the Government of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society. Renowned as a world-class business school, it emphasises quality management education, strong ethics, and values. XIMB is the flagship of XIM University and also leads socio-economic development projects with international agencies and the government. The institute plays a key role in supporting local entrepreneurs, advancing management research, and driving industrial development through innovative consulting.
