Executive MBA – Business Management - 1 yr
Eligibility Criteria
1. A three-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
2. At least three years of experience (as on July 01, 2025) in executive capacity in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons with minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree can also be considered.
3. Minimum age of 23 years as on July 01, 2025.
4. Sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIM University.
Selection Process
1. Candidates short-listed on the basis of admission test (XAT, CAT, GMAT, or XGMT) scores will be called for Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai (if held offline). Candidates will have to meet their own travel/stay expenses for attending the interview session.
2. Please note that the modalities of the shortlisting/selection process will be shared with the candidates in due course. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/XGMT, GD, Writing Ability Test, & Personal Interview, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.
Admission Process
1. Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests:
(i) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, January 05, 2025, OR
(ii) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on November 24, 2024, OR
(iii)) GMAT conducted or to be conductedin 2023 or 2024, OR
(iv) XGMT (XIM General Management Test) to be conducted by XIM University on January 25, 2025.
Applicants opting for XAT/CAT/GMAT are required to follow the XAT/CAT/GMAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University’s MBA-BM program, if not opting for XGMT.
Executive PGDM – VIL (Virtual Interactive Learning) - 1 yr
Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduation Degree with minimum of 50% marks
2. 3 years of work experience in managerial or administrative role. Preference will be given for executives from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
3. Letter of Recommendation from any one of the following:
(i) The Supervisor (to whom the executive reports to)
(ii) HR Department
(iii) Colleague with 5+ years of experience and MBA Degree or PGDM or Executive PGDM from reputed B-Schools in India or abroad

MBA – Business Management - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria
1. A minimum three-year Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
2. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2025, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15, 2025.
Selection Process
1. The Institute will decide the section-wise as well as total cut-off marks which will be used for short-listing the candidates to be called for Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. WAT, GD & PI will be held in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai (if held offline). Candidates will have to meet their own travel expenses for appearing in the Interview session.
2. Please note that the modalities of the shortlisting/selection process will be shared with the candidates in due course. The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the XAT/CAT/GMAT/XGMT as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience). The selected candidates will be informed by mail in the month of April 2025.
