(Masters in Management Studies, part-time/executive) for working professionals. MHRD (Master in Human Resources Development, two-year) The full-time MMS (MBA) is a four-semester program with a mandatory summer internship (8–12 weeks after Semester 2) The curriculum is typically case- and project-based, with core courses in Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc., and electives in later terms. JBIMS emphasizes industry interaction, so many classes feature guest lectures and real-world projects.
